Each year, Goldie Floberg prioritizes and budgets a list of capital improvements to be completed within the fiscal year. And…each year, a good portion of these projects are pushed back to the next year as unanticipated needs arise.
Thank you! Because of your compassionate response, Goldie Floberg was able to cross the following improvements off of our list this past year:

• Whole house, replaced worn carpet with vinyl plank flooring
• Wheelchair accessible home, flooring throughout, replacing difficult room transitions
• Roofs for three homes
• Replacement furnaces and central air conditioner
• Adult Group Home, couch and love seat

• Whole house, replace torn, worn flooring: $7,000
• Washers, multiple homes: $700
• Dryers, multiple homes: $650 each
• Dishwasher: $700
• Furnishings
• Dining set, heavy-use home: $1,500
• Twin mattresses: $485
