Goldie Floberg staff had the honor of presenting at the National Association of QDDPs (NAQ) national conference this summer. John Pingo (President/CEO), Elizabeth Garcia (Chief Culture Officer), and Cori Delavan (Director of Business Partnerships) presented on our ongoing efforts to build a values-driven organization. The seminar, In Search of Camelot: Building a Values Driven Organization, challenged attendees to look at systems such as applicant screening and hiring, staff coaching and discipline, employee recognition, and performance evaluations from different perspectives. The Camelot themed presentation was well attended the interactive format was well received. Thank you NAQ for a great experience!
