Access Services of Northern Illinois They are a Pre-Admission Screening (PAS) agency that assists individuals with disabilities and their families in accessing state or federally funded services. They serve Boone, Bureau, Carroll, Dekalb, JoDaviess, LaSalle, Marshall, Ogle, Putnam, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago counties. |

Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities by giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other athletes and the community. |
